近年来,人们生活水平日渐提高,健康意识的观念逐渐深入人心,人们对护理提出了更高的要求。随着我国医疗改革的深入,越来越多的人重视健康教育。健康教育的实施目的是为了让患者的心理、精神、文化和社会问题得到解决,促进临床护理的发展。健康教育被广泛应用到临床护理及管理之中,不但能够提高患者健康知识知晓率,改善患者心理状态,而且能够使患者的饮食、运动更加合理,提高患者身体素质,提高患者治疗依从性。但由于患者文化程度存在差异,自身保健意识也就存在差异,因此,实施健康教育就显得尤为重要。本文主要以健康教育知识问卷调查进行,通过问卷了解健康教育在实施过程之中出现的问题,并提出针对性的解决方案。
In recent years, people’s living standards are gradually increasing, the concept of health awareness gradually enjoys popular support, and people put forward higher requirements on nursing. With the deepening of medical reform in our country, more and more people attach importance to health education. The purpose of health education is to make the patient’s psychological, spiritual, cultural and social problems be solved and to promote the development of clinical nursing. Health education is widely used in clinical nursing and management, which can not only improve the awareness rate of patients’ health knowledge and improve the psychological status of patients, but also make patients’ diet and exercise more reasonable, improve patients’ physical fitness and improve patient compliance. However, due to differences in the level of education of patients, their own awareness of health there are differences, therefore, the implementation of health education is particularly important. This paper is mainly based on the survey of health education knowledge questionnaire, through the questionnaire to understand the health education in the implementation process of the problems and put forward targeted solutions.
