目的:分析NDRG1基因在人类前列腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法:收集65例患者的前列腺癌组织及12例正常前列腺组织,提取总RNA,应用实时定量PCR检测NDRG1mRNA的表达水平。结果:统计学分析显示,65例前列腺癌组织中的NDRG1mRNA表达量低于正常前列腺组织(P<0.05),随着前列腺癌分级的升高和分化程度的降低,NDRG1mRNA的表达量呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:NDRG1在前列腺癌组织中呈低表达,而且其表达与前列腺癌的分级和分化密切相关,提示其可能对前列腺癌的发生或发展有重要的作用,这不仅为研究前列腺癌的发病机制提供进一步的线索,而且对前列腺癌的诊断治疗具有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the expression of NDRG1 gene in human prostate cancer. Methods: Totally 65 prostate cancer patients and 12 normal prostate tissues were collected for total RNA extraction. The expression of NDRG1 mRNA was detected by real-time PCR. Results: Statistical analysis showed that the expression of NDRG1 mRNA in 65 cases of prostate cancer tissues was lower than that of normal prostate tissues (P <0.05). The expression of NDRG1 mRNA showed a decreasing trend with the increase of prostate cancer grade and the degree of differentiation P <0.05).
