探讨了3种常用的有机磷农药胚胎期暴露对新生鼠脑组织结构的影响。在母鼠妊娠期7.5~11.5d时,连续5d每天分别经皮下注射2mg/kg bw的二嗪磷(diazinon)、2mg/kg bw的毒死蜱(chlorpyrifos)及50mg/kg bw乙酰甲胺磷(acephate),显微镜下观察并计数大脑皮层S1区胶质细胞和神经元数量及比率,以及海马CA1、CA3区锥体细胞的数量及体积密度。结果表明,二嗪磷与毒死蜱处理分别使得大脑皮层S1区胶质细胞数减少了14.29%和21.43%;毒死蜱处理导致胶质细胞与神经元比率下降了24.19%;二嗪磷与毒死蜱处理后海马CA1区锥体细胞数量分别下降了9.30%与20.93%,毒死蜱处理后锥体细胞体积密度下降了27.05%;二嗪磷与毒死蜱处理后海马CA3区锥体细胞数量分别下降了22.22%和19.44%,锥体细胞体积密度分别下降了23.54%和18.98%;而乙酰甲胺磷对新生鼠大脑皮层与海马细胞均无明显影响。
The effects of three kinds of commonly used organophosphorus pesticide embryos on brain tissue structure of neonatal rats were explored. In the gestation period of 7.5 ~ 11.5d, the rats were subcutaneously injected with 2mg / kg bw diazinon, 2mg / kg bw chlorpyrifos and 50mg / kg bw acephate ). The number and ratio of glial cells and neurons in the S1 area of the cerebral cortex and the number and density of pyramidal cells in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas were observed under a microscope. The results showed that treatment with diazinon and chlorpyrifos decreased the number of glial cells in the cerebral cortex S1 by 14.29% and 21.43%, respectively. The ratio of glial cells to neurons decreased by 24.19% after treatment with chlorpyrifos. After treatment with diazinon and chlorpyrifos, the hippocampus The number of pyramidal neurons in CA1 decreased by 9.30% and 20.93% respectively, while the pyramidal cell density decreased by 27.05% after chlorpyrifos treatment. The number of pyramidal neurons decreased by 22.22% and 19.44% respectively after treated with diazinon and chlorpyrifos, , Pyramidal cell volume density decreased by 23.54% and 18.98% respectively; while acephate did not affect the cerebral cortex and hippocampal cells of newborn rats significantly.
