流量计在检定过程中,需要在不同的流量检定点下进行校准,通过对被控对象特性的研究,分析了其非线性导致不同工作点控制性能变化的可能性。为保证计量精度,拟定通过先进控制算法确保各工况下流量、压力等参数的快速调节以及高度稳定。
The calibration of the flowmeter needs to be performed under different flowrate verification points during the verification process. Based on the investigation of the characteristics of the controlled object, the possibility of the non-linearity of the flowmeter controlling the performance of the different operating points is analyzed. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the advanced control algorithm is proposed to ensure the rapid adjustment of the flow and pressure and other parameters under various conditions and a high degree of stability.
