康德“永久和平”理念,是在当时欧洲大陆的战争纷乱的历史条件下提出的,具有进步的历史意义。他的和平思想主要体现在对战争观和和平观两个方面,通过对康德《永久和平论》著作的学习,可以看出一种自由国家的联盟在永久和平进程中的核心作用,其中的三大正式条款是重要的理论基础。而这样的自由联盟也有其理论困惑,但对现今的国际政治仍有着深远的伦理意蕴。
Kant’s concept of “permanent peace” was put forward under the historical conditions of the war in Europe at the time, with historical significance of progress. His idea of peace mainly embodies in two aspects of the concept of war and peace. Through the study of Kant’s “Permanent Peace Theory,” we can see the central role of a coalition of free nations in the permanent peace process. Three of them Large formal clauses are important theoretical foundations. However, such a free coalition also has its theoretical puzzles, but it still has far-reaching ethical implications for today’s international politics.
