目前,我国工程监理的工作往往只限制在施工阶段,监理的工作面较为狭隘。虽然目前监理工作人员的素质正在不断提高,对监理的管理制度也在不断完善,但是仍然存在管理和收费不规范、人员素质偏低、监理独立性不足等问题。要解决这些问题就必须要多管齐下,加强各方面的建设,调整施工监理的组织结构,充分发挥出监理的作用。对这些问题的解决能够有效提高工程的质量,规范建筑工程的管理,确保监理能够发挥其职能。
At present, the work of engineering supervision in our country is often limited to the construction phase, the supervision of the work surface is more narrow. Although the quality of supervisory staff is constantly improving and the supervisory management system is constantly improving, there are still some problems such as irregular management and charging, low staff quality and insufficient supervision independence. To solve these problems, we must take a multi-pronged approach, strengthen all aspects of construction, and adjust the organizational structure of construction supervision to give full play to the supervisory role. The solution to these problems can effectively improve the quality of the project, standardize the management of the construction project and ensure that the supervisor can play its role.
