故障现象:一辆东风EQ1118GAYl型运输车,在使用中出现发动机机油液面升高、排气管冒蓝烟故障。故障检查:首先抽出机油尺检查机油成份,用手搓机油,发现粘度有所下降,可以闻到较重的柴油味,判断油面升高系发动机曲轴箱中进柴油所致,而排气冒蓝烟系柴油未完全燃烧所致。遂打开气门室盖,发现第3缸的两个进气门跨接压板脱落(该车发动机为六缸24气阀),且该气门摇臂转动不灵活。
Symptoms: a Dongfeng EQ1118GAYl-type transporter, the engine oil level rises in use, the exhaust pipe take the blue smoke fault. Troubleshooting: First check out the oil dipstick oil composition, hand rub the oil and found that the viscosity decreased, you can smell the heavier smell of diesel to determine the rise of oil is caused by diesel engine into the crankcase, and exhaust Blue smoke diesel is not completely caused by combustion. Then open the valve chamber cover and found that the first three cylinder intake valve across the pressure plate off (the car engine six-cylinder 24 valve), and the valve rocker rotation is not flexible.
