作为班主任要关心班级里的每一个学生,特别是身心不健全的学生,班主任应该给予更多的关心。我班有一个身体残疾的学生,刚进班时不喜欢和同学讲话,也不愿意和老师交流,同学们也用异样的眼光看待她。她逐渐被别人疏远了,产生了自卑心理。经常一个人站在某个角落发呆。我试图接近她,与她谈心,但是她好像不信任我,不愿意与我多交流。我通过与家长的沟通,知道她从小就得了小儿麻痹症,性格因此也很内向,自卑心理在小学就形成了,而且还有同学取笑她。
As a teacher in charge of class to care about every student, especially the physically and mentally ill students, the class teacher should give more attention. My class had a physically handicapped student who did not like to talk with his classmates just as he moved into the class. He also did not want to talk to the teacher, and his classmates looked at her with a strange eye. She was gradually alienated from others, resulting in inferiority complex. Often standing in a corner of a daze. I tried to approach her and talk to her, but she did not seem to trust me and did not want to talk to me more. Through my communication with parents, I knew that she had polio since she was young and that she was introverted because of her inferiority complex in primary school. And some of her students made fun of her.
