目的探讨核因子IA(nuclear factor IA,NFIA)蛋白在神经胶质瘤中的表达及与恶性神经胶质瘤的临床关系。方法采用免疫组化的方法分析61例来自我院不同级别星形胶质瘤患者标本中核因子IA的表达。分析NFIA的表达和无疾病进展生存期(progression-freesurvival,PFS)的关系。结果 NFIA在所有等级的星形胶质细胞瘤中有表达,NFIA在低级别(WHO分级I或者II)的星形胶质细胞瘤高比例表达,与高等级(WHO分级III或者IV)的星形胶质细胞瘤表达差异具有统计学意义,NFIA和PFS有明显的关系。结论 NFIA在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及其与PFS的关系,显示NFIA在星形胶质细胞瘤中具有重要的生物学角色。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor IA (NFIA) in glioma and its relationship with malignant gliomas. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the expression of nuclear factor IA in 61 cases of astrocytoma from our hospital. The relationship between NFIA expression and progression-free survival (PFS) was analyzed. Results NFIA was expressed in all grades of astrocytomas, with a high proportion of NFIA expressed in astrocytomas of low grade (WHO grade I or II), high proportion of astrocytes (WHO grade III or IV) The difference of expression of astrocytoma was statistically significant, NFIA and PFS have a clear relationship. Conclusions The expression of NFIA in astrocytomas and its relationship with PFS suggest that NFIA plays an important biological role in astrocytoma.
