随着社会的发展,人们对健康水平的要求不断提高,这就需要大量的康复专业技术人员,从事此项工作才能满足人们的生活需要。开放康复验室是我们学院对高职学生人才培养模式的一种新探讨。我校在近3年的探索实践中,创建了先进、适用的康复实训条件,实施了科学规范的开放式管理,在运行中以学生为主题,这就为改进学生实践经验不足,提升学生的职业技能打下良好的基础。使实训室成为展现高职实践教学的特色平台,人才创新的培育基地。
With the development of society, people’s requirements on the health level continue to increase, which requires a large number of rehabilitation professional and technical personnel to carry out this work to meet the needs of people’s lives. Open Kang rehabilitation laboratory is our college for vocational students in a new model of personnel training.
