The design and calculation of the rear axle brakes of a mini excavator are introduced. The key components of the rear axle braking system suitable for the braking requirements of the whole machine are selected through theoretical calculation, and the basis is provided for the design of other components. The installed capacity proves that the transaxle has good braking performance under various working conditions, meets the performance requirements of the whole machine and improves the market competitiveness.
