梅某某,女,30岁。农民。住院号:20。1987年元月1日诊。患者于1986年12月24日被婴儿抓伤右面部口角处,3天后出现恶寒发热,局部日趋红肿灼热.硬痛发麻,口不能张,伴心烦口苦,恶心呕吐,腹胀,大便5日未行,入院时体温39.7℃,血压10.7/6.67KPa,血祭:白细胞总数24.6/109/L,呼吸急促,神志时见恍惚,舌质红、苔薄黄,脉滑数。西医诊为败血症。中医辨证:病属热毒炽盛,侵犯血液所致。治以清热解
