简述了离散单元法的基本原理,离散单元法不仅能反映散粒相互间移动形态,而且能从动力学方面反应物料之间的力学关系。编制了仿真程序,对散粒农业物料孔口出流落粒成拱的影响因素进行了计算仿真。找出了粒结力、摩擦系数、粒径与临界孔口直径、拱高之间的关系,并把仿真结果和实验值对比分析,结果基本一致
The basic principle of the discrete element method is briefly described. The discrete element method not only reflects the movement patterns of the particles, but also can dynamically reflect the mechanical relationship between the materials. The simulation program was compiled to calculate and simulate the influencing factors of the grain falling out of granulation agricultural material. The relationship between grain-binding force, friction coefficient, grain size and critical orifice diameter and arch height was found, and the simulation results and experimental values were compared and the results were basically the same
