引言本文根据轮下轨头接触应力三向光弹性“冻结”法实验研究着重论述:弹性体接触问题的模型相似律与实验模拟方法,接触应力及其物理量转换公式的推导,并与 M,M,Frocht 的转换公式作了比较;对相似数误差进行了分析和讨论。由光弹实验成果知,就具体研究对象而言,泊松比μ对于绝对值大的主应力和对于绝对值小的主应力影响数值是同样的,且泊松比产生的误差大于其它因素产生的误差之和。故泊松比的影响(15%左右)是不可忽视的。
Introduction This paper focuses on the three-directional photoelastic “freezing” method of contact stress under the wheel head. The study focuses on the model similarity law and experimental simulation method for the contact problem of the elastic body, the derivation of the contact stress and its physical quantity conversion formula, and the derivation of M,M. Frocht’s conversion formulas were compared; errors in similarity were analyzed and discussed.
