从2013年以来,各建筑企业都面临一个问题:经营拐点。过去5-10年建筑企业以投资驱动形式高速增长环境发生改变,项目数量减少,关系式竞争也日渐式微,建筑企业获取项目越来越难,产值、利润全面下滑。这种环境下,需要快速调整战略规划、转变发展方式、提升核心竞争力以应对当前的挑战。进一步说,建筑企业可以有多种转型方式,如一体化、多元化、模式创新等,如何选择,需要考量和抉择。
From 2013 onwards, all construction enterprises are facing a problem: the turning point. In the past 5 to 10 years, the rapid growth environment of construction enterprises in the form of investment-driven change, the number of projects to reduce the relationship between the competition is declining, construction companies get the project more and more difficult, output, profit decline. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to rapidly adjust strategic planning, change the mode of development, and enhance core competitiveness to meet the current challenges. Furthermore, construction enterprises can have a variety of transformation methods, such as integration, diversification, pattern innovation, how to choose, need to consider and make decisions.
