2016年8月31日国家发展改革委召开加快推进输配电价改革座谈会,主要任务是总结各地输配电价改革试点经验,分析面临的形势,研究存在的问题,部署全面加快推进输配电价改革工作。这是输配电价改革进入关键时期召开的一次重要会议。会议宣布全面启动除西藏以外的14个省级电网输配电价改革试点工作,标志着输配电价改革全面提速,基本实现全覆盖。会上,国家发展改革委副主任胡祖才同志作了重要讲话,国家发改委价格司司长施子海同志介绍了改革的进展、成效、面临问题和下一步工作部署,各省(区、市)价格主管部门和国家电网、南方电网公司负责同志都作了发言。现将胡祖才副主任讲话文稿予以刊发,供广大读者学习参阅。
August 31, 2016 The National Development and Reform Commission held a symposium on accelerating the reform of transmission and distribution tariffs. Its main task is to summarize the pilot experiences of transmission and distribution tariff reform, analyze the situation faced, study existing problems and deploy the reform of transmission and distribution tariffs in an all-round way jobs.
