中国要完成“十一五”规划中提出的65%建筑节能总目标,在现阶段只能采用国内外通用的高效节能泡沫(EPS、XPS、PU)作主体保温材料。但是,在PS(EPS、XPS)节能保温泡沫做建材时,却达不到中国两个“规范”中的规定、达不到耐火等级三级以上建筑墙体“不燃性”的规定、达不到耐火极限非承重0.75小时的规定。因此,PS泡沫做墙体外保温时,虽达到了建筑节能的效果,却造成了建筑防火间距严重超标,一旦发生火灾,会严重加剧火势,酿成大灾。鉴此,本人提出在中国密集型建筑群及高层建筑群中,应禁止用PS泡沫,推广防火性比PS泡沫好的PU泡沫。在建筑外墙外保温体系中,应用PU防火指标不应降低,而且还要提高。应加快研制符合中国国情、具有抗火灾功能的新型PU泡沫材料,应尽快建立、规范中国式建筑节能保温系统中的防火安全技术等级、防火安全耐火等级的划分,并作出相应具体应用范围的规定。

In view of this, I propose that PS foam should be forbidden in China's intensive construction complex and high-rise buildings, and PU foam with better flame retardance than PS foam should be popularized. In the building exterior insulation system, the application of PU fire indicators should not be reduced, but also improve. Should speed up the development of new PU foam material that conforms to the national conditions of China and has the function of resisting fire and should set up as soon as possible to standardize the level of fire safety technology and the classification of fire safety and fire resistance in the Chinese-style building energy-saving heat insulation system and make the corresponding specific application range provisions .
