病例男、47岁,以间断性血尿3年余为主诉,于1979年10月24日入院。3年前在劳动时出现黄尿,同时腰疼。以后每劳累即有红尿,并感右侧腰部酸沉、隐疼。排尿次数增多,未排出过结石,既往身体健康,体检:血压130/94,右肾区叩击疼阳性,余无特殊。尿常规:红血球满初野。腹部平片:双肾轮廓稍大,相当于右肾盂及下极肾小盏部各有一较大结石影,约22×16毫米、15×10毫米;相当于两
Male, 47 years old, with intermittent hematuria more than 3 years as the chief complaint, was admitted on October 24, 1979. 3 years ago, yellow urine appeared while working, while back pain. After each tired have red urine, and sense the right waist sore, hidden pain. Increase in the number of urination, no discharge of stones, past physical health, physical examination: blood pressure 130/94, right kidney area percussion pain positive, I no special. Urine routine: red blood cells full of early wild. Abdominal plain film: slightly larger outline of the kidneys, the equivalent of the right renal pelvis and the lower part of the small kidney have a larger stone shadow, about 22 × 16 mm, 15 × 10 mm; the equivalent of two
