目的了解我院2008—2010年麻醉药品的应用情况及用药趋势。方法对我院2008—2010年麻醉用药的品种、数量、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品的消耗金额呈上升趋势,盐酸哌替啶注射液DDDs从第6位下降到第8位,硫酸吗啡缓释片、枸橼酸芬太尼透皮贴剂DDDs3年中一直稳居前五位。结论我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,有助于改善和提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To understand the application and medication trend of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010. Methods The types, quantities, usage amount and frequency of drugs (DDDs) of anesthesia in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption of narcotic drugs showed an upward trend. DDDs of pethidine hydrochloride injection dropped from No. 6 to No. 8, morphine sulfate sustained release tablets and fentanyl citrate transdermal patch DDDs had been normalized for 3 years Five. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable and helps to improve and improve the quality of life of patients.
