我国的非政府组织随着社会改革的深化不断发展壮大,它在协调不同主体的利益关系、配合政府部门的工作、缓解就业压力等方面发挥了积极作用。非政府组织的发展与政府的支持、组织对成员的吸引力和凝聚力的增强、社会效益的不断扩大密切相关,同时,我国非政府组织的发展也存在一些问题。只有培育发展与监督管理并举,从多方面入手,解决其发展中存在的问题,才能推动非政府组织健康发展,更加充分地发挥非政府组织在我国经济社会发展中的积极作用。
As non-governmental organizations in our country continue to grow and develop with the deepening of social reforms, they have played a positive role in coordinating the interest relations among different subjects, cooperating with government departments and alleviating employment pressure. The development of NGOs and government support and organization are closely related to the attraction and cohesion of members and the continuous expansion of social benefits. At the same time, there are also some problems in the development of non-governmental organizations in our country. Only by fostering both development and supervision and management, starting from many aspects and resolving the problems in their development can we promote the healthy development of non-governmental organizations and give full play to the positive role of non-governmental organizations in the economic and social development of our country.
