浙江包装工业的形成20年前,包装作为国民经济发展中的一个薄弱行业倍受党和国家领导人的高度重视,并与我国改革开放政策的实行同步得到快速发展。在中国包装技术协会宣告成立以后,经浙江省人民政府批准,浙江省包装技术协会于1982年3月10日正式成立,并承担省政府赋予的行业管理和服务的职能。80年代初,浙江包装工业在全省国民经济中处于相当薄弱地位,据初步统计,全省仅有包装企业120家左右,就业人员约3.8万人,年产值仅5.4亿元。其中包装工业主要产品产量:纸包装制品2.95万吨、塑料包装制品2.42万吨、玻璃包装制品4.89万吨、金属包装制品0.57万
The formation of Zhejiang packaging industry 20 years ago, packaging as a weak industry in the development of the national economy has been highly valued by party and state leaders, and has been rapidly developed in parallel with the implementation of China’s reform and opening up policies. After the China Packaging Technology Association was announced, with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, the Zhejiang Packaging Technology Association was formally established on March 10, 1982, and assumed the functions of industry management and service granted by the provincial government. In the early 1980s, Zhejiang’s packaging industry was in a weak position in the national economy of the province. According to preliminary statistics, there are only about 120 packaging companies in the province, employing about 38,000 people, and the annual production value is only 540 million yuan. The output of the main products of the packaging industry was 29,500 tons of paper packaging products, 24,200 tons of plastic packaging products, 48,900 tons of glass packaging products, and 0.57 million of metal packaging products.
