目的通过色谱-质谱联用分析手段鉴定畲药算盘子的主要化学成分。方法采用闪式提取器对畲药算盘子化学组分进行快速、高效提取,利用气质联用仪分离分析提取物中的挥发性组分,应用液相色谱/四极杆-飞行时间质谱联用技术获取粗分离部分中难挥发、高沸点、极性组分的相对分子质量和化学式等信息。结果通过GC-MS分离鉴定了算盘子挥发性组分中的35个化合物。利用LC/Q-TOF对算盘子硅胶柱色谱分离的部分组分进行分析,获得了6个化合物的精确相对分子质量及其化学式。结论色谱-质谱联用技术是分离分析中药复杂未知成分的强有力工具,通过分析初步确定畲药算盘子闪式提取物的主要成分为有机酸,其次为酚、醛类等物质。
Objective To identify the main chemical components of She medicine by chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods A flash extractor was used to rapidly and efficiently extract the chemical components of She medicine, and the volatile components in the extract were analyzed by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS / MS / MS) Technology to obtain crude separation part of the volatile, high boiling point, polar components of the relative molecular mass and chemical formula and other information. Results 35 compounds in the volatile components of abalone were isolated and identified by GC-MS. By LC / Q-TOF, the chromatographic separation of the components on the column was performed. The exact relative molecular mass of the six compounds and their chemical formulas were obtained. Conclusion Chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is a powerful tool for the separation and analysis of complex and unknown components of traditional Chinese medicine. The main constituents of the flash-type extracts of She’s Medicine are identified as organic acids, followed by phenols and aldehydes.
