作为获得性免疫缺陷综合症 (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)的病原体 ,HIV- 1基因组结构复杂 ,编码大量调节蛋白与辅助蛋白。转录水平调节主要依赖细胞内前病毒长末端重复序列 (long terminalrepeats,LTR)和病毒因子及大量细胞转录因子的相互作用实现。本文就 HIV- 1 L TR区的转录调节功能的研究进展作一综述
As the causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), the HIV-1 genome is complex and encodes a large number of regulatory and accessory proteins.
