随着对工程塑料工件的精度提高、表面粗糙度值要求降低,工程塑料的切削加工也必须进行更深入广泛的研究。本文主要通过对3240酚醛环氧玻璃工程塑料平面铣削的实验,探讨铣刀齿刃口的磨损过程和刀具材料的性质对刀齿磨损的影响。
With the improvement of the precision of engineering plastic parts, the requirement of surface roughness is reduced, and the cutting of engineering plastics must be further and extensively studied. In this paper, 3240 phenolic epoxy glass by plastic plane milling experiments to explore milling cutter tooth edge wear process and the nature of the tool material on the tooth wear.
