学术界对群体地位与群际偏好之关系的争议由来已久,观点分歧主要基于社会认同理论或系统公正理论的不同解读。文章以广东省一所中职学校为个案,证实社会认同理论更适用于解释低地位群体的群际偏好差异,并在此基础上提出“自证预言”效应的观点,以回应两大理论学派尚未达成共识之处。未来研究可尝试关注群体心理现象的社会结构根源,进一步探讨制度与权力对群体意识的影响。
The debate over the relationship between group status and group preferences has long been the subject of academic disagreement, mainly based on the different interpretations of social identity theory or system justice theory. Taking a vocational school in Guangdong Province as a case, this article confirms that the social identity theory is more suitable for explaining the difference of interpersonal preferences among low status groups and on this basis puts forward the view of “self-predicting ” effect, in response to the two major Theoretical school has not reached a consensus. Future research may try to focus on the social structure of group psychology, and further explore the impact of institutions and power on group awareness.
