目的建立蒲灵合剂中香蒲新苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定香蒲新苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果香蒲新苷进样量在0.107~2.134μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD为2.77%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于蒲灵合剂中香蒲新苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cattail glycosides in Puling mixture. Methods The content of catharantin was determined by HPLC. The column was Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) 1.0 ml · min -1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the amount of cathayaxin and the peak area in the range of 0.107 ~ 2.134μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.01% with a RSD of 2.77% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of cattail glycosides in Po Ling Mixture.
