目的通过分析芜湖市各级妇幼保健机构的人力资源配置信息数据,掌握全市妇幼保健机构人力资源现状,为各级机构自身规范化建设提供指导信息,也为行政部门的科学决策提供信息支持。方法从计算机网络直报系统中导出数据文件并进行统计分析,并与全国妇幼保健机构资源与运营情况监测数据进行分析比较。结果芜湖市有市级妇幼保健机构1所、县级4所、区级4所;各级妇幼保健机构编制数仅达到标准编制数的一半,市级实际职工数与现有编制相比尚缺10人;市区级妇幼保健机构人员本科及以上学历占61.1%,县级仅为12.1%。结论政府应加大对妇幼卫生事业的投入和妇幼保健人才队伍的建设。
Objective To analyze the human resource allocation information data of MCH institutions at all levels in Wuhu and to grasp the current situation of human resources in MCH institutions in the city so as to provide guidance information for the standardization of institutions at all levels and to provide information support for the scientific decision-making of the administrative departments. Methods The data files were derived from computer network direct reporting system and analyzed statistically. The data were compared with the monitoring data of resource and operation of MCH institutions in China. Results There were 1 city-level MCH institutions, 4 county-level hospitals and 4 district-level hospitals in Wuhu City. The number of maternal and child health institutions at all levels only reached half of the standard compilation numbers. The actual number of city-level employees was still deficient compared with the existing ones 10; urban maternal and child health institutions personnel bachelor degree or above accounted for 61.1%, only 12.1% at the county level. Conclusion The government should increase its investment in the MCH cause and the construction of MCH team.
