煤矿机械制造企业,在近两年的改革中,逐步推行了经济效益与工资总额挂钩的办法。在原材料涨价的情况下,一九八五年不但消化了涨价因素.而且比一九八四年产值增长24%,劳动生产率增长22%,产品价格稳中有降,薄利多销,将一部分经济效益转给了煤矿,提高了煤炭的社会效益。实践证明,企业推行效益与工资总额挂钩,内部实行承包的办法给企业增加了经济效益,带来了活力,增强了后劲。
In the reform of the past two years, coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises have gradually introduced a measure of linking economic benefits with the total wage. In the case of raw material price hikes, not only did the price inflation factor be digested in 1985, but the output value increased by 24% over 1984 and the productivity of labor increased by 22%.
