目的建立一种简单易行,快速,准确的母血污染鉴定技术,应用于产前诊断前排除母血污染。方法在X染色体上选取具有高杂合度和高多态性的6个短串联重复序列位点,应用连锁分析对10例羊水和10例脐带血标本进行母血污染鉴定。结果在10例羊水和10例脐带血标本中各发现1例标本发生母血污染。结论该方法可应用于临床实验室进行产前诊断前排除母血污染。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid and accurate maternal blood contamination identification technique that can be applied to pre-natal diagnosis to exclude maternal blood contamination. Methods Six short tandem repeat sites with high heterozygosity and high polymorphism were selected on chromosome X. Maternal blood contamination was identified in 10 cases of amniotic fluid and 10 cases of cord blood using linkage analysis. Results In 10 cases of amniotic fluid and 10 cases of umbilical cord blood samples were found in 1 case of maternal blood contamination. Conclusion This method can be applied to preclude maternal blood contamination in clinical laboratory before prenatal diagnosis.
