近年来,由于婚前妊娠流产次数增加和计划生育 等诸多因素的影响,异位妊娠的发病率逐年增高。由 于近几年尿、血β-HCG测定、B超、腹腔镜技术的应 用,使异位妊娠得到早期发现,为我们提供了保守治疗 宫外孕的机会。我院自1997年以来采用中西医结合 保守治疗异位妊娠,在改善症状、消除体征、缩短病程、 恢复正常生育功能方面有显著效果,报道如下:
In recent years, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy has increased year by year due to the increase of the number of abortions in premarital pregnancy and family planning and many other factors. In recent years, urine, blood β-HCG determination, B-ultrasound, laparoscopic technology to make early detection of ectopic pregnancy, provides us with the opportunity to conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Our hospital since 1997, the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, improve symptoms, eliminate signs, shorten the course of the disease, to restore normal fertility have a significant effect, reported as follows:
