以6个毛白杨双杂交无性系为材料,测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,过氧化物酶(POD)活性、原生质膜透性等指标在冬季的变化。结果表明,各无性系SOD活性冬季变化可分为两种类型,其它指标变化模式基本一致,但各无性系间指标值差异显著;各无性系原生质膜透性均在12月达到最小,抗寒能力最强;以各指标值进行抗寒性综合评定,无性系间差异明显,各指标与综合评定结果间均存在显著相关。
The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity and plasma membrane permeability of winter wheat in two Populus tomentosa hybrid clones were measured. The results showed that there were two types of SOD activities in different clones in winter, and the change patterns of other indexes were basically the same. However, the index of each clone was significantly different. The plasma membrane permeability of all clones reached the minimum in December, The ability to strongest; the comprehensive evaluation of the cold resistance of each index value, significant differences between clones, each index and comprehensive evaluation results were significantly related.
