东方红—75拖拉机 AK—10启动机,当维修过汽化器或调速器,或两者都维修时,均须检查调整转速。方法步骤如下:1.拉杆长度的检查调整。①将拉杆接头穴孔套在汽化器节流阀杠杆球头上,拧紧螺塞至球头位于螺塞与球头球窝中间而不与接头穴孔的孔壁接触。②将拉杆向前拉到使节流阀全开;将调速器外杠杆移到最前位置。③将螺母松开转动前接头调整长度,使前接头穴孔对正外杠杆球头并套上,拧紧螺塞。将外杠杆移至垂直位置时,球头也应处于螺塞与球头球窝中间而不与接头穴孔的孔壁接触。并且,反复转动拉杆应有少许活动量。将拉杆固定在一合适位置,分别向杠杆中部推压外杠杆和节流阀杠杆球头,检查球头弹簧有无压缩余量,有余量说明螺塞紧度合适,然后用开口销锁牢。
