目的 探讨上皮生长因子( E G F) 、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b F G F) 和苏拉明( Suramin) 对体外培养人脑膜瘤细胞生长的影响。方法 通过细胞计数、 M T T 法及流式细胞技术检测,对体外培养手术切除的10 例脑膜瘤组织进行 E G F、b F G F 及 Suramin 干预实验。结果 苏拉明对脑膜瘤细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,使细胞停滞于 G1/ G2 及 S 期,并可阻止肽类生长因子对细胞的生长刺激作用。结论 苏拉明对体外培养脑膜瘤的生长抑制作用可能通过中和肽类生长因子及影响细胞周期分布实现。
Objective To investigate the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bF G F) and suramin on the growth of human meningioma cells in vitro. METHODS: EGF, b F G F and Suramin interventions were performed on 10 meningioma tissue specimens surgically removed in vitro by cell counting, M T T assay, and flow cytometry. Results Suramin significantly inhibited the growth of meningioma cells, arrested the cells in G1/G2 and S phase, and prevented the growth stimulation effect of peptide growth factors on cells. Conclusion The growth inhibitory effect of suramin on cultured meningiomas may be achieved through neutralizing peptide growth factors and affecting cell cycle distribution.
