桥式起重机是起重设备的常见类型,属于特种设备的一种,在工业生产中扮演着十分重要的角色,其运行状况是否良好对安全生产产生直接影响。桥式起重机在运行过程中,经常发生车轮啃轨现象,这会造成车轮寿命缩短,轨道磨损加速,运行阻力增大,厂房结构承载状况恶化等不良后果,严重时会造成脱轨的危险。本文对桥式起重机运行时车轮啃轨的产生原因及车轮啃轨的修理方法进行了探讨。
Overhead crane is a common type of lifting equipment, belonging to a kind of special equipment, which plays a very important role in industrial production. Whether its operating condition is good or not has a direct impact on safety in production. During the operation of overhead traveling crane, the phenomenon of the wheel gnawing often occurs, which will lead to shortened life span of the wheel, accelerated orbit wear, increased running resistance, deteriorating load status of the plant structure, and serious danger of derailment. This paper discusses the cause of the wheel gnawing rail and the repairing method of the wheel gnawing rail when the bridge crane is running.
