目前矿热炉冶炼硅系合金存在SiO在炉料中转化生成Si和SiC时,凝结为具有高导电性的板结料,导致炉料透气性下降。同时未及时分解的高熔点SiC在出炉时沉落炉底,凝结形成假炉底,导致炉底上涨。针对这些问题,通过矿热炉炉体旋转机构,减轻炉料板结,提高炉料透气性。利用三维软件绘制出炉体旋转机构安装总图、上环形轨道装配图、销齿传动装配图等图纸。
