我国沿海滩涂土壤中含盐量普遍都较高,有大量的微生物,其中有许多是嗜盐微生物。采用稀释涂布分离法和不同盐浓度的培养基,将适量土样稀释液与不同盐浓度的培养基在培养皿中混匀培养,各种程度的嗜盐微生物都能够很好地生长。通过平板菌落计数,测得滩涂土壤不同土层中不同微生物活菌数量及其生长的最适盐浓度。并对土壤可溶性盐分等项目进行了测定。初步掌握了沿海滩涂土壤不同土层中细菌、放线菌的数量及其分布规律。为沿海滩涂资源的开发利用提供了基础资料信息。
Salt content in coastal tidal flat soils in China is generally high, with a large number of microorganisms, many of which are halophilic microorganisms. Using dilution coating method and medium with different salt concentration, appropriate amount of soil-like diluent and medium with different salt concentration are uniformly mixed and cultivated in a petri dish, and all kinds of halophilic microorganisms can grow well. By counting plate colonies, the optimum salt concentration and the number of viable microorganisms in different soil layers of tundra soil were measured. Soil soluble salts and other items were measured. Preliminary grasping the number and distribution of bacteria and actinomycetes in different soil layers of coastal tidal flat soil. It provides basic information for the development and utilization of coastal beach resources.
