当前,无论是国内企业,还是中外融资企业,手扶步行式插秧机的分插机构仍然以曲柄摇杆式的传动形式为主。且旋转式的分插机构在其优化过程中还存在着一些问题。随着我国农业经济的不断发展,现代化农业产业对新型插秧机分插机构研究提出了更高的要求,步行式插秧机分插机构的优化设计迫在眉睫。基于此,以新型分插机构参数优化为对象,通过参数引、启发优化算法在步行式插秧机分插机构优化中的应用,判断目标的合理性。

Based on this, taking the parameters optimization of the new substation mechanism as the object, this paper proposes the application of the optimization algorithm in the optimization of the transplanting mechanism of walk-behind rice transplanter through parameter guidance, and judges the rationality of the target.
