在森林资源的可持续利用中,林地产权制度安排(正式制度安排)具有重要作用,一种好的产权制度促进了森林资源的可持续利用;相反,一种失效的产权制度则导致了人们对林木的毁损。尤其是林地使用权归农户后,林地使用权的稳定对森林资源的可持续利用具有积极的影响。同时,非正式的制度安排如苗族文化在森林资源可持续利用中具有不可忽视的作用,在少数民族地区森林资源可持续利用中,我们不仅要设计合理的林地产权制度,而且还要加强对少数民族文化的建设。
In the sustainable use of forest resources, institutional arrangements for forest land property rights (formal institutional arrangements) play an important role.
