新时期,国家教育部门和各大高校都在为提高教学质量、增强社会竞争力、谋求长远发展而努力着手于教育观念和教学模式改革的探索和实践,在新课改的规划中,出现了颇具代表性的、有特色的教学模式如校企合作机制。“校企合作”是学校为培养实用型人才,有针对性的为企业输送人才,为提高教学质量而与企业建立合作关系的一种新型教学模式。旅游专业是新形势下人民生活水平提高,旅游业繁荣发展而产生的新型专业,它对学生思想道德品质和综合能力有较高的要求如该专业对学生的职业能力方面的要求(旅游服务基本知识、应变能力、外语沟通能力、维护基本设施的能力、运用计算机网络的能力、外语口语能力、创新能力、团队意识等)极高。那么,思考如何提高学生适应现代化旅游行业的能力,便成为吉林省旅游高职院校坚持不懈地探究的课题,如何实现校企合作双赢局面更是重中之重。本文以“校企合作机制”为研究课题,探讨了吉林省旅游高职校企合作机制的现状和问题,并提出相应的策略,希望对读者有一定的帮助。
In the new period, the state education departments and all major colleges and universities are trying their best to explore and practice the education concept and teaching mode reform in order to improve teaching quality, enhance social competitiveness and seek long-term development. In the planning of new curriculum reform, Representative, distinctive teaching model such as school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. “School-enterprise cooperation ” is a new type of teaching mode in schools that cultivates practical talents and delivers talents to enterprises in an effort to establish cooperative relations with enterprises for improving teaching quality. Under the new situation, tourism major is a new specialty that arises from the improvement of people’s living standards and the prosperity and development of tourism industry. It has higher requirements on students’ ideological and moral qualities and comprehensive ability such as the professional requirements of students on their professional abilities (basic tourism service Knowledge, adaptability, communication skills in foreign languages, ability to maintain basic facilities, ability to use computer networks, spoken English in foreign languages, ability to innovate, team awareness, etc.). Then, thinking how to improve students’ abilities to adapt to the modern tourism industry has become the unremittingly explored subject of tourism colleges in Jilin Province. How to achieve a win-win situation in cooperation between schools and enterprises is even more important. This article takes “the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism ” as the research topic, discussed the current situation and the question of the cooperation mechanism of the tourism high vocational school in Jilin province, and put forward the corresponding tactics, hoping to have some help to the reader.
