目的考察不同量、不同温度、不同PH时活性炭对注射液中盐酸阿扎司琼含量的影响。方法用HPLC法测定盐酸阿扎司琼的含量。结果随活性炭用量的增加,注射液中盐酸阿扎司琼的含量明显下降;温度越高,盐酸阿扎司琼的含量下降幅度越大,PH值对活性炭吸附盐酸阿扎司琼影响不明显。结论制备盐酸阿扎司琼注射液,活性炭用量在0.01%~0.05%,搅拌温度为40℃。
Objective To investigate the effects of activated carbon on the content of atazan in hydrochloric acid injection in different amount, temperature and pH. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of atazan hydrochloride hydrochloride. Results With the increase of the amount of activated carbon, the content of atazan hydrochloride in the injection significantly decreased. The higher the temperature was, the greater the decline of the content of atazancin hydrochloride was. The pH value had no obvious effect on the adsorption of atazan hydrochloride on activated carbon. Conclusion Azaserine hydrochloride injection was prepared. The amount of activated carbon was 0.01% ~ 0.05% and the stirring temperature was 40 ℃.
