应国家地震局邀请来访的日本京都大学中川一郎教授1983年10月在京访问期间,除参观访问了国家地震局地球物理所、地质所、香山地震台和国家测绘总局及计量科学研究等院等单位外,还在地质所就四个专题作了四个半天的学术报告。中川一郎教授是国际大地测量协会(IAG)重力测量方面的负责人,是环太平洋地区国际重力联测的负责人,是重力和固体潮方面很有名望的专家。他的报告介绍了许多实际工作资料和经验体会,很有参考值价,现根据录音和记录整理作一介绍。
During a visit to Beijing in October 1983, Professor Ichiro Nakagawa, Kyoto University, Japan, invited by the State Seismological Bureau, visited the Institute of Geophysics, Geology, Xiangshan Seismic Station and the State Administration of Surveying and Mapping and the Institute of Metrology and other units during their visit to Beijing in October 1983. In addition, four half-day academic reports were also made on the four topics of the Geological Institute. Professor Ichikawa Ichiro is in charge of gravimetry of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), and is the head of the International Gravity Joint Test in the Pacific Rim. He is a renowned expert in gravitational and solid tide.
