对经300℃等温淬火的Fe-1.5C-1.5Cr-2.0Al超高碳钢进行400~550℃回火处理,利用SEM进行组织观察,用EDS能谱分析仪进行微区成分分析,研究了下贝氏体铁素体在回火过程中的组织及其成分变化。结果表明,经等温淬火的超高碳钢中的下贝氏体复相组织在回火过程中发生的变化是按针片组织内部分位错消失,大部分位错形成胞状结构、下贝氏体针片展宽并发生合并形成多边形铁素体,最后转变为完全的析出相和基体组织的顺序进行的;在回火过程中出现非等轴状的条块状和多边形铁素体,其中条块状铁素体由残余奥氏体分解而成,多边形铁素体由片状组织转变而来。
The as-quenched Fe-1.5C-1.5Cr-2.0Al ultra-high carbon steel at 300 ℃ was tempered at 400-550 ℃. The microstructures were observed by SEM and analyzed by EDS EDS.
