采用离子渗氮与多弧离子镀工艺相结合的复合处理方法,对齿轮材料复合处理的工艺进行研究与优化。实验证明,采用离子渗氮与多弧离子镀复合工艺,可以使过渡层与陶瓷涂层之间具有高的结合力,为Ti1-xAlxN陶瓷膜层在工业中更广泛的应用提供了可能。
The composite treatment method of ion nitriding combined with multi-arc ion plating process is adopted to study and optimize the compounding process of gear materials. Experiments show that the use of ion nitriding and multi-arc ion plating composite process, the transition layer and the ceramic coating can have a high bond strength for the Ti1-xAlxN ceramic coating in the industry more widely possible.
