CWDM(Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing)系统,即稀疏波分复用系统,或称粗波分复用技术,作为一种经济实用的短距离WDM传输系统,在城域网应用中越来越受到大家的认可并已经实用化。CWDM可应用于大都市和城域接入网,同时还可以应用于中小城市的城域核心网,在我国的实际应用中应该非常有前途。
