液压支架安全阀是保护支架的重要元件。目前,国内外液压支架安全阀广泛采用三种密封形式(平面式、锥面式、柱塞式)。支架安全阀中液体流动状态为高压、大流量、大雷诺数,且流道几何形状复杂。针对这一特点,本文在与实际接近的假设条件下,全面分析了三种基本密封形式安全阀在高压作用下流体的流动特性,并在理论分析的基础上进行了实验研究。实验表明,对其理论分析所得出的流量系数相近似,能与实验数据相符。
Hydraulic bracket safety valve is an important component of the protection bracket. At present, the hydraulic support valve at home and abroad widely used in three forms of sealing (flat, tapered, plunger). Stent safety valve in the liquid flow of high-pressure, high flow rate, large Reynolds number, and the flow geometry is complex. In response to this feature, under the hypothetical conditions close to the actual conditions, this paper analyzes the fluid flow characteristics of the three kinds of basic safety valve in the form of high pressure. Based on the theoretical analysis, the experimental study is carried out. Experiments show that the theoretical analysis of the flow coefficient obtained by similar, with the experimental data.
