冰雪条件下交叉口交通拥堵范围的正确估计,有助于交叉口交通控制的优化和决策。首先根据冰雪条件调查数据,分析了不同冰雪条件对饱和流率的影响,得到不同等级冰雪条件对交叉口饱和流率的折减值及其回归模型。然后基于信号交叉口车辆排队特点,将交叉口分为过饱和、不饱和以及临界饱和状态,并建立了交叉口实时车辆排队长度计算模型。最后考虑路网中各要素的相互关联和相互影响的特性,提出了冰雪条件下基于交叉口交通拥堵扩散范围估计方法。该交叉口拥堵扩散范围估计方法可作为冰雪天气条件下交叉口信号配时方案优化依据,同时对制定合理有效的交通拥挤疏导策略具有重要意义。
The correct estimation of traffic congestion at the intersections under the condition of ice and snow can be helpful to the optimization and decision-making of traffic control at intersections. First of all, based on the data of ice and snow conditions, the influence of different ice and snow conditions on the saturated flow rate is analyzed, and the reduced value of the saturated flow rate at the intersection and its regression model under different grades of ice and snow conditions are obtained. Then, based on the characteristics of vehicle queuing at signalized intersections, the intersections are divided into supersaturated, unsaturated and critical saturation states, and the calculation model of real-time vehicle queuing length at intersections is established. Finally, considering the interrelated and interrelated characteristics of the various elements in the road network, a method of estimating the scope of traffic jam spread under the condition of ice and snow is proposed. The method of estimating the congestion diffusion range at intersections can be used as the basis for signal timing optimization at intersections under the conditions of ice and snow weather, meanwhile, it is of great significance to formulate a reasonable and effective traffic congestion grooming strategy.
