目的:探讨消癥汤对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液PGF2α和血清CA125的影响。方法:实验分为生理盐水组,西药对照组,中药高剂量组,中药低剂量组,每组10只,采用ELISA法,观察子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液PGF2α及血清CA125水平浓度。结果:消癥汤能够降低子宫内膜异位症模型鼠血清CA125水平、腹腔液中PGF2α含量,对异位子宫内膜具有一定的抑制作用。结论:消癥汤能降低血清CA125水平、腹腔液中PGF2α含量,抑制异位子宫内膜的异常增生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaomin Decoction on peritoneal fluid PGF2α and serum CA125 in endometriosis model rats. Methods: The experiment was divided into saline group, western medicine control group, traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group and traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group, with 10 rats in each group. The levels of PGF2α and serum CA125 in peritoneal fluid of endometriosis model were observed by ELISA . Results: Xiaozheng decoction can reduce serum CA125 level in endometriosis model rats and the content of PGF2α in peritoneal fluid, and has certain inhibitory effect on ectopic endometrium. Conclusion: Xiaoyan decoction can reduce the level of serum CA125, the content of PGF2α in peritoneal fluid and inhibit the abnormal proliferation of ectopic endometrium.
