目的 :探讨外周电刺激 (PES)是否能频率依赖性地抑制吗啡条件性位置偏爱 (CPP)的复发和抑制海洛因成瘾者脱毒后的心瘾。方法 :用二室自动CPP箱记录大鼠条件性CPP ,用视觉模拟尺测量海洛因成瘾者的“心瘾(渴求 )”。结果 :(1)低频PES能抑制大鼠小剂量吗啡点燃、或脚底电刺激诱发的吗啡CPP ;(2 )上述效应可被小剂量吗啡受体拮抗剂纳洛酮 (1mg·kg-1)翻转 ,提示有内源性阿片机制参与 ;(3)低频PES还能使海洛因成瘾者脱毒后对毒品“心瘾”的自然消退过程加速。结论 :外周神经电刺激可能是治疗海洛因成瘾的一种有效方法
Objective: To investigate whether peripheral electrical stimulation (PES) can inhibit the recurrence of morphine - induced conditioned place preference (CPP) in a frequency - dependent manner and restrain the addiction of heroin addicts after detoxification. Methods: Conditional CPP was recorded in a two-compartment automatic CPP box and the “heart addiction” of heroin addicts was measured using a visual analog scale. RESULTS: (1) Low-frequency PES could inhibit the morphine CPP induced by low-dose morphine or sole electrical stimulation in rats; (2) The above effects could be reversed by low-dose morphine receptor antagonist naloxone (1 mg · kg -1) , Suggesting the involvement of endogenous opioid mechanisms; (3) low-frequency PES can also make heroin addicts after detoxification drug “heart addiction” natural extinction accelerated. Conclusion: Peripheral nerve stimulation may be an effective treatment for heroin addiction
