目的探讨护理人员品格优势、应激生活事件与主观幸福感之间关系。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,以辽宁省8家三级甲等医院的2 160名护理人员为调查对象,采用中文版《品格优势量表》、《生活事件量表》、《主观幸福感量表》对其进行问卷调查,对护理人员品格优势、应激生活事件、主观幸福感之间关系及品格优势在应激生活事件与主观幸福感之间的中介作用进行分析。结果护理人员品格优势总分为(42.59±5.78)分,生活事件总分为(139.32±13.26)分,主观幸福感总分为(23.26±5.18)分。护理人员应激生活事件总分与主观幸福感总分呈负相关[相关系数(r)=-0.382,P<0.01],品格优势总分与主观幸福感总分呈正相关(r=0.453,P<0.01)。品格优势在应激生活事件与主观幸福感之间的中介效应为-0.332,占总效应的50.84%。结论护理人员应激生活事件可以负向预测其主观幸福感,其品格优势在应激生活事件中对主观幸福感的影响起到中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality superiority, stressful life events and subjective well-being among nurses. Methods A total of 2 160 nurses in 8 first-class hospitals in Liaoning Province were investigated by cluster random sampling method. The Chinese version of “personality superiority scale”, “life event scale”, “subjective well-being Table ”to conduct a questionnaire survey on the personality of nursing staff, stressful life events, the relationship between subjective well-being and personality superiority in the stress life events and subjective sense of happiness between intermediary role analysis. Results The total score of personality superiority of nursing staff was (42.59 ± 5.78) points, the total score of life events was (139.32 ± 13.26) points and the subjective well-being score was (23.26 ± 5.18) points. The total scores of stress life events in nursing staff were negatively correlated with the total score of subjective well-being [correlation coefficient (r) = -0.382, P <0.01]. The total score of personality predominance was positively correlated with the total score of subjective well-being (r = 0.453, P <0.01). The mediating effect of personality superiority between stressful life events and subjective well-being was -0.332, accounting for 50.84% of the total effect. Conclusion Nursing staff stress life events can negatively predict their subjective well-being, and their character superiority plays an intermediary role in subjective well-being in stressful life events.
