我在几年来的课改实践中,突出人性、人文、人生、人格四个基本教育环节,设定“源于课本,高于课本,贴近生活,情感体验,人文关怀,价值取向”二十四字教学方针,并尽量将四个基本教育环节作为课堂教学的基本流程来设计我的课堂教学过程。一、尊重人性——以人为本,自主学习硬性灌输 In my curriculum reform practice over the past few years, I have highlighted four basic aspects of humanity, humanities, life, and personality.
